Additional services platform awarded

The ancillary services platform made available to PKO Bank Polski's customers by PKO Finat was awarded in the April 2024 Banking and Insurance World Leaders Competition. The platform also won the Celent Model Bank 2024 international competition in the category of empowering the customer (“Empowering the Customer”). The ancillary services platform is an innovative solution through which services and purchases in the IKO application and iPKO service are made available.

 

Honorable mention in the Cashless poll

In January 2021, the Highway Payment service was recognized by readers in the Cashless Pay 2020 poll. PKO Finat's proprietary technology made available in the IKO mobile application was among the top five most interesting payment solutions.

 

Gazeta Bankowa's Hit of the Year 2020

The iPPK application was awarded the HIT OF THE YEAR 2020 award in the Gazeta Bankowa contest in the “Insurance and other financial institutions” category.

The Gazeta Bankowa competition evaluates IT solutions and products aimed at insurance and reinsurance companies, as well as brokerage firms, mutual fund companies and asset management companies, based on new or upgraded software solutions aimed at supporting or facilitating customer service.

The iPPK application also won second place in the 2019 Leader competition.

 

GPW 2018 Award

PKO Finat won the award granted by the Warsaw Stock Exchange in the category of “Recipients of GK GPW processed data – biggest rise in the value of orders for GPW and BondSpot information products.”

The award comes as a result of PKO Finat’s rapid growth, which drives demand for data provided by GK GPW, following the acquisition of new Investment Fund Companies. 

 

100 Women in Business 2017

Agnieszka Surmacka – President of the Management Board of PKO Finat – was ranked in the top ten of a list published by Puls Biznesu, “100 Women in Business,” in the large enterprises category.

The place in the ranking was determined on the basis of the financial condition of the company managed by a given woman. Since Agnieszka Surmacka took her position of Management Board President in 2010, PKO Finat’s net profit has soared from PLN 100k to PLN 40m. The company’s range of business services has also grown significantly.

 

Business Gazelles 2015

PKO Finat once again found itself among the winners of the nationwide “Business Gazelles” ranking that focuses on fastest-growing small and medium enterprises. The place in the rank-list depends on the percentage rise in turnover generated over three subsequent years (2014, 2013 and 2012).
