For 12 years until 2017, he held management and operational roles, including Vice President of PKO Finat. He was one of the main developers of the transfer agent IT system, which is the operational backbone of PKO Finat serving the largest TFIs in Poland. The program was awarded the prize for the best transaction system in Poland in 2009 by Gazeta Bankowa.
Previously, he was also associated with Citigroup and UBS as a supervisor of operational processes and cash flow in companies serving as transfer agent for the largest TFIs in the Polish market and Mutual Funds in the Luxembourg market.
