Legal counsel with extensive experience in financial institutions, where he managed legal risk, compliance, AML and operational risk and data security.
He has been with PKO Finat since 2012, holding the position of Director of the Legal and Compliance Department. He has completed numerous projects related to implementation and compliance with regulatory requirements of supervisory authorities in the operations of financial institutions.
Previously associated with the Social Insurance Institution, where he was responsible for, among other things, the restructuring of key sectors of the economy. Represented the government side in the work of parliamentary committees on restructuring laws and co-authored legislative solutions.
Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw involved in the training activities of trainee legal advisors.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń with a degree in law and postgraduate studies in accounting and corporate finance at the Warsaw School of Economics.
Co-author of commentaries to the Social Insurance System Act published by Wolters Kluwer and author of numerous articles published in Rzeczpospolita, Gazeta Prawna and CH Beck publishing house, among others.
